Purpose
Update and modernize the OTB Solutions website to clearly convey OTB Solutions services in a concise and professional manner.

Challenge
OTB Solutions website had not been updated since 2009. At that time, it had been created as an example of what could be done with SharePoint. The site was cumbersome, with too many pages and outdated content. It didn’t showcase OTB, their quality of work, or their commitment to their clients’ results.

Modernized and updated OTB Solutions branding across all marketing materials; both digital and print. Simplified the site plan to essential elements while simultaneously honing the marketing message and updating the content.

Initial wireframe version 01

Adobe Experience Design was used for prototyping. Three review sessions with stakeholders were held before arriving at the final design.

Metrics
Google Analytics is used to track some of the more common metrics; New or Unique Visitors, Sources for Incoming Traffic and Bounce rates. In the future, as the website is updated the plan is to use the SUS, System Usability Scale to determine user satisfaction and whether the changes made can be quantified.

Outcome
OTB Solutions now has a professional website that is easy to maintain and showcases their current work and capabilities.
