At the heart of User Experience Design is this question: Is the design connecting to and communicating with the user? Good UX Design should accomplish this. If a user doesn’t connect and the design isn’t communicating, well then, you’ve lost them and they’ll be off to the next shiny experience.
My goal as a UX designer is to listen to the user; take those insights and bridge the gap between their needs, the needs of the stakeholders and the engineers. My objective is to create a design that is clear and concise; one that enables the user to connect with the experience, the company and the product.
